Flea and Tick Products - Canine


Approximately 60 to 70 million dogs and cats in the U.S. are treated for fleas and ticks each year. Flea, tick, and mite infestations (external parasites) cause great discomfort, and can transmit disease to pets and humans.

The Companion Animal Parasitic Council's (CAPC) guidelines state "Dogs and cats should be placed on preventive flea and/or tick products as soon after birth as possible (consistent with label claims) for the life of the pet."
